Q.

meri 2 month ki beti h,aur abhi 2,3 days se mera breast milk watery aa rha h,jise pine ke bad mer beti ,vomit kr de rhi h wo sara watery milk ..m kya kru? use breast milk pilau ya nhi? kya mujhe doctor se consult krna chahiye?
