meri 1 year ka baby ka nind bohot e kam hain..o bohot kam sota hain.a koye problem to nehi?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. aap aisa kar sakte hain. good sleep helps with brain growth .can do various sleep tricks .make baby sleep in a adequate environment and room temperature . Make baby wear comfortable clothing .
Baby should be well fed at sleep time . Can sing a lullaby or play some light music . Can also swing baby in arms gently for easy sleep . Should be no disturbances in sleep .

mam,if a child is playful enough,if he or she is gaining enough weight and achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about anything.
