Mere phala baccha 21 months old h uske time mei mujhe breastmilk nahi aya tha or ab mei fir se prganant hu 2 months ke aisa kya karo ke es bar mujhe breastmilk a jaye plss tell me

A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Good luck and take care.
