Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. you can take Dolo 650 for relief of headache fever body pains no problem even is a breastfeeding mother For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom..please consult your doctor before taking medicine. as lactating mom can only take breast feeding friendly medicine ....as of now you can try applying balm...that is completely safe and will give you relief. happy parenting
