Mere ladki ko khana ya kuch bhi khane ke baad aksar hard stool hota hai aur phir din me tin ya char baar thodi thodi potty karti hai kya kru kuch suggest kijiye

Ur Child is not able to digest the food that you are giving which is why your child is doing potty after every time you are feeding and the second thing is that if the child is lacking in water in the body which is why this is happening again so try to give good amount of water with the food that you are giving and you have to consult your doctor ones
