mere finger pe nakhoon k side pe hlki swelling or pain hai kese thik ho sakta hai

there is pus accumulated beneath the swelling.
there is a possibility that you may rzequire antibiotics to decrease the infection which has caused formation of pus.
so kindly visit the doctor.
for pain you cazn give paracetamol as well as ibugesic if needed. if the swelling burst and pus comes out you can apply t bact cream

Hello this would require a proper medical investigation and it is better to check with your doctor and he will be able to guide u accordingly which should be better and also safe too and based on the condition he can advise you accordingly which is safe too
