ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. avoid wet diaper. best to show a specialist. he will diagnose n find the root cause only as that's best ok. try to avoid self medication as that can be deleterious in long run as wellsee skin lesions always need check up ok. so you get opinion. you should put olive oil or any mild oil on the body to keep it soft n avoid dryness from cold wind
