Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent, now you should massage that area with coconut oil or Babyhug massaging oil. As that would help in reduxing dryness and prevents from skin fold yo stick with rash.
And after that consult with your doctor if it doe 's not help.
Then must try and keep the area well washed and dried up so that these rashes do jot occur in future. Good luck and take care
