mere bete ko last 7 days se fever hai , starting mai 103 tha fever har 4 hours mai ab 99 aa raha hai , kya ab fever thk ho raha hai but aaj leg pain bata raha hai chl ni pa raha dhang se,medicine mai dolo mds zifi and azee de rahe hai,please suggest

kindly complete the adviced course of medicin first.
give him lots of healthy fluids, and healthy energetic food.
