Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cough and Cold together along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection mostly like flu so suppvortive treatment is required.
along with that cough expectorant along with decongestant and antiallergic mebdications are needed.
steam inhalation can be given too as it will relieve the symptoms.

U Should consult your doctor for this they can give you with the right medicine your child about 14 years of age So you should consult your gender and you shall then you should be taking a medicine from your general physician will have to check the child first before they advise any medicine
