NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello maintaining a proper oral hygiene is very important and you should brush baby teeth twice a day and since the baby does not know to spit at this age you will be using your child a fluoride free toothpaste from any of the baby brand and you can also try with babyhug tooth gel which is safe
