abhi range hai between 22 to 24 kgs and such
aap diet par dhyaan rakhe packaged , refined and ready to eat foods aap avoid kare
usse kisi sports mein involve kare , cycling , swimming etc outdoor playing etc

subha school jane se pehle koi fruit kha kr jata h
*breakfast mai school m 2 pratha or dahi lekar Jana h or koi fruit
* lunch mai 2 ya 1 1/2 roti sabji khane k liye deti hu
*shyam ko 1 cup milk or makhana roast kr k deti hu
* raat m daal 1 roti or chawal ya chawal nhi toh 2 roti
