mere bete ka face per red red dane jesa hojata hai.dr dikhake atinoid lotion lagaya thk hogaya fir 3-4din bad fir hua..red red hota hai fir kam hojata hai fir hota...yesa q...bahar ghumne leke janese aur jada hojata hai...what is the permanent solution

When you take your child out is it in the sun or in the evening because sometimes kids don’t have Iron and allergic reaction because of sunray also that is why this can happen and if it is in the nighttime or something then it’s probably an allergic reaction only and nothing else
