mere beta ka wait bhut kam hogaya h abhi 10 kg ka h jab uska janamm hua tha tab woh 4.30kg ka tha uska wait kaise thik kare?

Hello ma’am Your child should be somewhere around 12 to 13 KG at this age because if your child had such a good birth weight and your child should be somewhere around this. I would just say if your child is eating well and yet not gaining weight then you need to see a doctor for the same because a doctor only can help you with a proper medication regarding it
