you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggesfted by docbtor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age

But keyboard keep on giving medicines to the child it is not healthy I just like to tell you as of now you should try to focus on giving good amount of water and fibre rich diet to the child which is what is going to be helpful in this case you should avoid giving too many medicines to Vijay
