RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Hi ma’am This is absolutely normal kids are going to have their teeth will passing if your child already has more than three teeth then that’s absolutely fine other will come by the age of 2 to 3 you are so as of now you do not have to worry about it
