mere bachhe ki hatheliya or per bahut garam rahte hai uske dant bhi aa rahe hai uski body garam kyu rahti hai

Take the temperature with a thermometer and if you see is 99°F that means a kindly genuinely suffer with suffering with fever and that case if you see the body is warm then I’m going to suggest you to give calpol or any other paracetamol that’s available to you
