mere baby ko near by 10-15 days se fever aa raha... 100-101 near by...or jb medicine de rahe 1 hr lg raha fever utarne mai... pair(leg) ekdam thanda rehta... Dr change kiye... usne durare medicine Diya... mere ko exact 6 hr mai medicine de de rahe... to fever nh aa raha... 20-30 min bhi late ho ja raha... fever aa ja raha...vo normal se thoda km ka kha rahe

Author of questionMom of a 7 yr old girl3 years agoA. main paracetamol he de rahe... last 15 days se... jb exact 6 hr pr de rahe... to fever nh aa raha... 20-30 min bhi agar late ho ja raha... to fever aa raha... shurur mai jb usko fever aa raha tha... tb usne khana band kr diya tha... ab thoda kha pi leti... or active bhi hai... bs jb fever aa ja raha... to thoda inactive ho ja rahe

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicinegg can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
