Namaste Mom Aap baby ko abhi semi solid and mashed consistency food, here you can introduce one food at a time from different food groups such as steamed vegetables , soups fresh fruits , home made cerelac mix ragi suji porridge rice dal , kichidi , curds, ghee etc
