mere baby ko kal subha 11 baje vaccine lagai..12 baje usse paracetamol ki davai 0.5 ml di or her 3 ghante bad 3 bar davai di..ab raat me achanak usko101 fever aagaya kya kru plz tell me plz help me..plz

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3 months old and she has received a vaccinations yesterday morning at 11 am and then she got a fever upto 101 degrees so give her 1.3 ml paracetamol three times a day and cold water sponges
