mere baby ko is month se 6 month start hoga main usse formula aur bf dono dete hu agar uska cerelac solid food start hogaya toh breastfeeding band karna hogana

A. 6 months ke baad agar aap semi solid foods baby ki diet mein include karte hain toh iska yeh matlab nahi ki aap breastmilk or formula feed stop kar dein. Milk abhi bhi main food rahega. Food aap 2 times feed karein small quantity mein and milk 4-5 times dein. Diet mein lentil soup, khichdi, mixed vegetable soup, pureed apple and pear, mashed banana, ragi and sooji porridge, etc. include karein.
