Don’t panic and start giving steaming twice a day to baby and you also take steam but not together with vaby and warm compress on chest. Will help to relieve congestion but if you feel his condition is not improving then must consult your Paediatrician and you should start taking Ayush kadha check my blog on first cry and giloyghan vati  gargling with rock salt and turmeric and drink plenty of warm liquids and eat protein rich diet but light like dals khichdi chilla sprouts
