Brozeet kids can be given to the child as of now this is going to be good apart from that I would also say that you can go ahead with giving ginger juice and honey mixture and if you are okay with my suggestion of giving you Ayurvedic medicine because I’m using the same for my child so you can go ahead with using a ASTHIGON it is an Ayurvedic medicine you can give 1 teaspoon in the morning and one in the night before sleeping no water on top of that for at least 40 minutes
