shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello mom This can be because of blocked tear ducts and it is quite normal in newborn babies. In such case you should start doing a massage with soft cotton and warm water twice a day. It will help to cure the area fast still you baby doesn’t get relieved and consult with your doctor about it
