In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or asgjusessment is done to find out tohe exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Madam without a proper physical assessment could be difficult to give you correct advice on that so I’m going to advise you to kindly check with your doctor and go for the suggestion which has been suggested by the doctor as per the current situation situation
