A. Hey! Gradually introduce all food groups in your child’s daily that that is healthy and Common in your family. Give foods like Dal, Roti, rice , sabji, and so on. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet.
