Puss building inside of this actually this happens after BCG vaccination time and this is basically because of that only and nothing else so I’m just going to recommend you to visit your doctor for this because this is going to burst out and the infection will come out and then you’ll have to do a little bit of cleaning and dressing so better to check with the doctor on that
