A. if the baby is having fever more than 2 days giving with paracetamol there is no relief it is better to consult a doctor for proper investigation and medication .

A. good evening if the fever is not subsiding I would recommend you to show the pediatrician it is possible that the child is suffering from viral infection in which case you would have to give proper antibiotics
