ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, do not give formula if you have been able to breastfeed. breast milk is most nutritious, safe and complete food for baby till 6 months. you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.
if your baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month then feeding is sufficient.
