give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

Weight is absolutely normal if it’s triple to birth weight At one year then it hardly increase to one to two kg
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals milk products
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Stay hydrated
Offer different varieties of food
Make meal time fun with toys and story telling
