Maam I honestly as a mother don’t approve of these ready-made foods to be given to the child it’s just a shortcut which you can use if you are travelling or anyone Nahari or emergency otherwise if you have an option and you have that time to make it fresh at home make a powder at home by using several healthy ingredients for giving healthy home-made fresh food to the child generally helps in good growth of your child
