A. Hi Go lose weight, you can 1. Avoid sugar, sweets, junk, foods, fried foods 2. Include foods like skim milk, egg whites, pulses sprouts curd low fat paneer Dal's, Vegetables fruits nuts daily 3. Exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast
