mera weight 95 kg hai please suggest good diet plan

A. if you want to lose the weight only when left is to take less fats and carbohydrates lot of physical exercises like brisk walk in yoga etc will help you

A. good morning I would recommend you to try to do intermittent fasting everyday for 16 hours and you should have food rich in fibre completely avoid junk food sugar and bakery products
