A. Delivery ke baad weight gain hona common hai, especially around tummy area. Isse reduce karne ke liye diet mein fiber and protein rich foods include karein and khoob fluids consume karein. Skin toning exercises karein like squats, brisk walking, jogging, breathing and Yogasnas. Morning mein warm jeera or lemon water drink karein. Sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods ko restrict rakhein.
