mera neta 2 yr 5 months ka hai. usko aaj raat se vomit lag gai aur fever 102 bhi ho gaya hai. aur abhi karib 3 baje subah subah potti bhi patli ki hai. nidhal ho gaya hai.. sote time raat ko emset di thi aur uske 30 min baad ibugestic plus di thi 5-5 ml ab kya karu.. please suggest

A. loose motion may be because of either some infection there could be loss of water and electrolytes so a proper hydration is required give ORS and also give probiotic like entxerogerxmina two times 3 day
