its very important to consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised.
give Sunbath every morning for half an hour

It Maybe due to some deficiency or another issue but definitely I will not to meet as normal it would be advisable for you to get a check with your paediatrician ones are further investigation would definitely be required to know what could be the issue
