ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. It is always advisable to use a cotton saree to tie your abdomen after delivery which is more comfortable and easy to tie and is more effective
just take care when you are tying , you should be lying down properly and then roll the saree as tightly as possible.
You can start after one week of c section delivery

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. You can wear it after two or three days as per your comfort because it is going to help in avoiding the sagging in the stomach that usually happens after any kind of delivery so it’s better that you start wearing it in time
