See I’ll be very honest with you please do not take it otherwise right now it is not the time to do you know think about that your figure will get spoiled and alright now you just delivered a child if you’re not eat well then it is going to affect your body in the long run so eat when feet well and you can do exercising and stuff later after about eight months of delivery

like potato rice etc ka mna kiya hua h esa vegetables m to nhi hota hna...
or stretch marks ka bhi koi idea h kya k unko sahi krne ko kya kre....

Hi You can just eat all the food whatever is whatever is easier you know whatever is light and easy for you to digest like you can go ahead with all kind of vegetables and fruits which are light you know like water fibre rich foods you should be having more of fruits and vegetables like that
