Mera c cesarean huva hai 5 month huva hai kya me abdominal belt badh sakti hu and pls breastmilk badha ne ke liye koi achi medicine bataye

A. yes, it's safe to use abdominal belt after c section and increase water intake and eat high protein diet to increase breast milk

A. Hello mom There is no need to take any medication to stop breastfeeding. If you will stop breastfeeding your baby then in next few days you will not get milk in your best then you can completely stop breastfeeding. And if you are not breastfeeding your baby then the best alternative of mother’s milk is formula milk and once you baby turned six months old and you can start giving solids and water
