mera boy kuch khana nai chahta.. 3 4 din se even milk bhi nai pina hota.. vo ek dum thik bhi he kuch problem nai h fir bhi vo aaisa kar raha h.. kya karu mai ne khna bhi roj alag alag banati hu fir bhi.

A. uska weight gain ho raha h. aur potty bhi sahi se kar raha h.. kuch problem nai h usko.. fir aaisa q

A. aap check kijiye it may be because of digestive issue as gas colic indigestion constipation issue.. it may be teething.. or worming.. digestive issue ke liye aap baby ko himalaya bonnison de skte hai.. teething ke liye, calc phosphorus dejiye.. worming issue ke liye aap baby ko doctor se consult kr zental syrup de skte hai..
