Mera beta ka July 2023 mein 3 saal ho gya but abhi tk woh nhi bolta apne apne khelte rahta hain Kuch kuch apne apne bolta hain please humko bataye

Look if your child is responding well when you’re calling the child and listening and understanding and doing the things that you are saying apart from playing all by itself and it is completely normal but if the child’s response is not good towards you or towards general scenario then there can be a problem so just check that and accordingly if you need you can consult your doctor
