Mera beta 6years 5months ka .uske abhi milk ke teeth nhi tutne shuru hue hai but neeche ki side ek new teeth aa gya hi peeche ki side.please suggest kare ke milk ke teeth kis age me tutege...

your kid is having shark teeth/ double teeth..
consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for early removal of the over retained milk teeth to prevent malalignment of the erupting permanent teeth

Thn You should get a check with the paediatric dentist maybe if the new teeth are coming the older one needs to get extracted as that is the correct way to go about it but a paediatric dentist would be able to provide you with better clarity on that so please consult them
