mera beta 5months ka hai ek din 5 ya 6times potty kar rha hai but whitish yellow poori Pani Pani and fizzy pls help...not able to understand kya kru???

Its Stomach infection which is why your child is having white colour motion so you should consult your paediatrician as soon as you can you should go ahead with a proper stool test because after that only you can come to know what kind of an infection it is and accordingly they can advise you with the correct medicine
