ji ,kids can be naturally shy
it doesnt mean that he will remain like this only
stay positive
and help your child by playing pretend play
you can play with him ,talking on different roles and practicing greetings ,asking questions or making conversations ,this will help him to practice social skills in a low pressure way.
but please dont push him and dont expect quick change ,it will make him more anxious
