Mera beta 5 months + hai mne use apple, banana , carrot or beetroot pure dena start kar diya hai, apple kabhi kabhi half kha leta hai, to kitna spoon konsa food dena chahiye? Banana se use pet dard to nahi hoga? Or kya chize hain jo main apne baby ko khila sakti hu? Curd rice de sakte hain?
