Mera beta 4 years 4 months ka hai isko bhot tonsils ho rahe hai pakk gaye hai tonsils.fever 103° tha aaj dr. ko dikhaya hai medicine bhi chal rahi hai .par kya koi gharelu upay hai jisse ye baar baar Naa ho ya koi ayurvedic treatment. kya du khana me or kya avoid kru abhi please guide
