better post your question again with attached picture of your child or visit your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised

Hello ma’am I think it is some allergy which is spreading so fast on to the body which is why the smaller part has become a big mark now so it would be better for you right now to consult a dermatologist for first add go for the medication and treatment that Locker is going to suggest you accordingly
