DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello , your baby boy is 3 years old and he doesn’t eat properly so deworm him and get his Hb done and then give him an apetizer like cypon 2.5 ml twice a day before food and iron supplements too

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello you can try to include more of fruits which is a natural appetizer and also try with different food option and recipe and also give baby small portion of food frequently instead of one large meal at a time so the baby will be able to take which is better
