Mera beta 2 year 5 month ka h... usko 5din se fever hai...lekin fever Tut nhi rha please btaiye kya karna chahiye

A. hi as fever has been there since more than 3 days,it is advisable to visit your pediatrician please keep your child well hydrated dress your child lightly give Sponge bath to reduce the temperature
