Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to slddeep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello mum if even at this age your child is not able to sleep properly then please try to find out the reason for that at this stage you can little bit talk to your child as will see why he is uncomfortable easy having pain somewhere or his nose is blocked or is not feeling comfortable in the room you have to find a reason first
